We recognize that the integrity of our legal system depends on maintaining democratic checks and balances. As we continue to provide service and leadership to the public and the legal profession, we reaffirm our support for a legal process that is fair, equitable, and accessible to all Arizonans, ensuring that everyone is subject to and accountable under the law.
