CPSA is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Pima County. Community Partnership of Southern Arizona receives Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant funding through the Arizona Department of Health Services to support prevention services. Prevention services are designed to create change in the conditions within a community that will prevent the prevalence and severity of substance abuse disorders and promote healthy behaviors and well-being. Treatment services assist, support and encourage each eligible person to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of health and self-sufficiency.
