Reduced-Fee Panel
The Reduced-Fee Panel is comprised of attorneys in private practice who have agreed to provide legal services to financially eligible clients at a reduced rate, IT IS NOT A FREE LEGAL SERVICE; you will need to pay a $30 referral fee at the time you apply, and you will need to pay the retainer fee described below at the time of your first appointment with an attorney.
Eligibility Guidelines
Based upon the financial eligibility guidelines below,
you may determine whether you are eligible to request representation through the
Pima County Bar Association's Reduced-Fee Panel.

If you are interested in pursuing representation through the Pima County Bar Association Reduced-Fee Panel, you may come by our office to pick up an application, or call to have one sent to you. We are located at 177 N. Church Ave., #101, Tucson, Arizona 85701-1137, 623-8258.
We will be unable to begin working on securing an attorney for you until all of the above-mentioned items are received.
You will be notified by the Pima County Bar Association within 10 days of receipt of your application as to whether or not we have an attorney available to handle your matter.
If you have a court date within the next 5 days ONLY, you should hand deliver the above items after 9:00 AM, Monday thru Friday, except holidays, and we will try to accommodate your deadline.
