Reduced-Fee Panel. . . why we need you!

For the Public...

In Pima County there is a real need for access to legal services for the middle to low-income groups commonly referred to as the "working poor".  By being "too rich" for free legal services and "too poor" to afford normal legal fees, this group falls through the cracks of the legal system.

The Pima County Bar Association's Reduced-Fee Plan (RFP) Program may be able to assist you.  The RFP program is comprised of local attorneys who have agreed to provide legal services to financially-eligible clients at a reduced rate.  THIS IS NOT FREE LEGAL SERVICE.  Financial guidelines can be found in the application.

Effective July 1, 2007, PCBA began its new Reduced-Fee Panel (RFP) for Criminal Misdemeanors. The Program assists individuals who do not qualify for court appointed counsel due to their particular financial circumstances, and is available to defendants whose annual incomes are just over, but within $10,000 of the indigence level.
