Need a Lawyer?
Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) has a panel of over 175 lawyers practicing in more than 40 areas of law collectively.
LRS lawyers are all licensed to practice in Arizona and are in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. They have been in practice for over one year, and have handled at least two cases to completion in each area for which they receive referrals.
Our panel members must carry a minimum coverage of $100,000 professional liability insurance.
What can you expect from LRS?
A consultation with an attorney who will provide information and advice for up to one-half hour. The attorney will tell you whether a lawyer can assist in solving your particular problem and will estimate the cost of further services for representation, if necessary.
What can you expect at the first meeting?
At this meeting, the lawyer will discuss your legal problem with you and advise you of the options of handling it. The consultation will answer your questions and may enable you to solve the problem yourself.
If you choose to have the lawyer handle your legal matter, you will need to discuss the lawyer's fees for doing so. Fees are based on the time, the work involved, and the difficulty in solving the problem. Be sure you understand what the lawyer will do and how the fee will be determined. You should ask the lawyer for a written fee agreement explaining how the fee will be determined.
What should you take to the first meeting?
It is important that you bring all papers relevant to your legal problem. It will save you time and money.
